At Colored Contact Lenses, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new look. If your items are unopened and in their original packaging, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the contact lens vials or blister packs are unopened and sealed; place them securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seals and confirms the items are untampered, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
